Hello all and thanks for taking the time to come and read all about me. Well here it is.

I'm Mel Rook and I live in Chesterfield Derbyshire and I’ve been modeling since the summer of 2004.
Before this and after leaving school I spent 6 and a half years serving in the British Armed Forces getting dirty, sweaty and not being very glam. A contrast to my current lifestyle I know but being in the army has served a purpose as it has taught me respect, discipline, professionalism and kept me physically fit over the years. I also gained my independence through it all.

In the army I worked as a riding instructor for a few years which I enjoyed so much as I have a love for horses.
I did enjoy my time in the forces but after a while I realised that it was modeling that I wanted to do so I did, I got signed up with my first agency in the North East and off my career started. I also qualified as a gym instructor as part of me leaving the army as fitness is a big interest of mine and now helps me keep in shape for modeling.

I now live my dream as a glamour model getting my nails and hair done loving every minute of it but I still have to work really hard as this is my one true passion and I strive to achieve all I can.
